Here is an explanation why you are blocked:
First possibility is, that you tried to access some products, categories or other sites manually an you received a HTML-Error (404). If this happens too often, so this can be a hacker-attack and a blocking occurs.

If you have been blocked without any warnings (error-messages) before, then we assume that you have a potentially dangerous IP-address.
Dynamic IP addresses ensure that every night (every 24 hours) you will obtain a new IP address.
Otherwise it may be that you have a fixed IP address, but you usually have to pay separately for that at your provider.
We are checking so-called blacklists on the internet that tell us if your IP address has been misused by spammers or hackers. If this is the case, then you have been blocked without warning.
After restarting your modem / router you get a new IP address and should be able to access the shop again.
However, if you have a fixed IP address, so there is malware in your system and you should contact a specialist !!
Alternatively look for ip spam check in any search engine.

After you have been successfully unbanned, call the startpage again:
