Shipping
The shipping costs depend on the quantity of ordered goods as well as the shipping method and will be clearly communicated to you before submitting your binding order.

Shipping to Germany takes place with our shipping service provider "paket.ag".
The packages are sent here optimized with DHL, DPD, Hermes or UPS.

Attention:
Please note that in very rare cases we will have to recalculate the shipping costs for some items (eg statues due to heavy weight).
In this case, however, you will receive an e-mail with the new (corrected) price for the shipping costs.
The order is only binding if the difference to the old shipping price has been compensated.
A withdrawal from the order is possible in such a case free of charge.

Countries
The shipping is only in the EU countries and some selected non-EU countries (due to the customs-regulations).
If you order from a non-EU country, you will receive the invoice in advance by e-mail.
If we do not deliver to your country, just ask. We will then send you the shipping charges (including customs clearance).
